Christine Weiss

I'm Christine, an Austrian born professional with more than 20 years of experience in different areas. I am certified in several holistic fields, amongst others, as a vegan and ayurvedic nutritionist, a fasting facilitator and a mental trainer. I believe that true health begins with a healthy body and with what you feed this body every day. But eating is also a mental and an emotional issue, and that is why I look at it from a holistic point of view.

I am also trained in several natural healing techniques, such as Transcendental Breathwork, Reiki and Sonopuncture. I now use a combination of these skills and techniques to support my clients on their personal healing journey.

My mission is to help people heal and transform their life through my holistic guidance, in order to align and balance their body, mind and soul and become more of who they really are.

I love to play the piano, the guitar and the ukulele, and I love to sing. Music literally plays a very important role in my life. It has always been one of my passions. I believe that vibrational frequency - especially through sound - is a powerful healing tool which we can and should use.

Being in nature means everything to me. I enjoy quiet and peaceful morning walks, sunrises, the sound of the trees and the ocean.
