This breath journey is a powerful tool for healing, personal growth and self exploration. It has many benefits and leads to emotional and physical healing, personal transformation, spiritual awakening, mental clarity. It helps you to release any kind of emotional blockages and heal the wounds of unresolved trauma (birth trauma, childhood trauma, accident, etc.). You might get insights and answers about your life and access a higher state of consciousness, improving relationships with friends and family, managing emotions more effectively and freeing yourself from addictions.

What you can expect:
We will connect via zoom and you will lie down comfortably on a yoga mat in a quiet room or on your bed. You will connect a speaker or your headphones with your device and point the camera on you, so I can see you during the session.
After an introduction, where I will explain the breathing technique and what you can expect during the session, we will set an intention for the session. I will be guiding you through a short meditation, and then you will be actively breathing for around 45 minutes, guided by carefully selected, powerful and evocative music. After the "peak" of the active breathing we will be moving into a phase of emotional release, integration and relaxation, which takes about another 45 minutes. So, the total duration of the breathing experience will be around 1 hour and 30 minutes. I will hold loving space for you, guiding you through the whole experience. At the end of the session there will be time to do some journaling and share your experience with the group. We will leave the session in a grounded and energized state.
