This breath journey serves as a powerful instrument for healing, personal development and self-discovery. This practice facilitates the release of emotional blockages and heal the wounds of unresolved trauma. What you can expect:

We will link up through Zoom, and you can get comfortable on a yoga mat in a quiet room or on your bed. Set up a speaker or plug in your headphones to your device, and position the camera so I can see you throughout the session.

Following an introduction, where I will walk you through the breathing technique and what to anticipate, we will establish an intention for the session. I will lead you through a preparation exercise, and then youwill actively engage in breathing for approximately 45 minutes, accompanied by carefully chosen, impactful music. After reaching the "peak" of active breathing, we will transition into a phase of emotional release, integration, and relaxation, lasting another 30 minutes. So, the entire breathing experience will last around 1 hour and 15 minutes. Throughout the entire journey, I will hold loving space for you, guiding you through the entire experience. 

As we conclude the session, there will be time for journaling and sharing your experience with the group. We will leave the session in a grounded and energized state.

This practice is not advised for individuals under medication (including anti-depressants), those under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or other intoxicants, and pregnant women. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
