This transcendental breath journey is a powerful tool for healing, personal growth and self exploration. It has many benefits and leads to emotional and physical healing, personal transformation, spiritual awakening, mental clarity. It helps you to release any kind of emotional blockages and heal the wounds of unresolved trauma (birth trauma, childhood trauma, accident, etc.). You might get insights and answers about your life and access a higher state of consciousness, improving relationships with friends and family, managing emotions more effectively and freeing yourself from addictions. Beyond that, with Transcendental Breathwork you can overcome any kind of pain, diseases or physical symptoms by releasing repressed emotions, chemicals and toxins. Breathwork thus helps to heal physical symptoms and diseases, such as headaches and migraines, chronic cold & flu, back pain, asthma & epilepsy, heart issues and weight problems.

What you can expect:

After an introduction, where I will explain the breathing technique and what you can expect during the session, we will set an intention for the session and do a quick shaking exercise. I will be guiding you through a short meditation, and then you will be actively breathing for around 45 - 50 minutes, guided by carefully selected, powerful and evocative music. I will be playing some indeginous instruments along with the music. After the "peak" of the active breathing practice we will be moving into a phase of emotional release, integration and relaxation, which takes about another 45 minutes. The total duration of the breathing experience will be around 1 hour and 30 minutes.  I will hold loving and safe space for you, guiding you through the whole experience, assisting you physically and emotionally. At the end of the session there will be time to do some journaling and share your experience with the group. We will leave the session in a grounded and energized state.


This practice is not recommended if you are under medication (incl. anti-depressants), under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or other intoxicants, or if you are pregnant. Participants have to be 18+ years old.
